I sent pictures of flowers and ideas about what I wanted the arrangements and venue to look like and she said it would not be a problem. Again, just before the wedding date, I reached out to her to remind her of what I wanted and send in the last payment. Wedding day 2024 finally arrived. Unfortunately the flowers were a big disappointment. Let's start with the isle and arbor. She FORGOT the decorations. I had ordered 10 cones filled with baby breath and two large ferns to be placed on the chairs and the ferns at the entrance to the isle. Arbor: I requested the arbor flowers be set up left upper corner and right lower portion. What I got was 3 bunch of flowers just affixed without any direction. The flowers were dead, leaves some were dead. It looked like a child put it together. The wreaths I requested were placed on the wrong doors and no tulle was placed on them. The venue: ordered lanterns and balloons with lights in them. The lanterns were placed above the dance floor but the balloons were not placed on the floor In cluster of 3 near columns. Instead she put them in the ceiling. The the table arrangement were the right size but flowers looked old. In many cases the guard petals were still on. Overall dissatisfied, based on the time and information I provided Lisa the results should have been better. The flowers were cheap, filler flowers cheap and implementation and execution jus terrible. She was at the venue approached me and started to apologize to me during family time. We agreed that it was not the right time. On 8/5 I contacted her and again she apologized. The end result, she freely offered a small refund that we both agreed upon. No amount of money will recreate the vision I had and after holding her hand it should never have happened. She was juggling another event and dropped the ball. I will not use her again, not even for memorial bouquet!!! If you are wondering what she charged me... it was over 6000.00 thousand dollars and I am certain that the flowers were not worth more than 1500.00 dollars. I got 1500.00 back. She ruined the day. I made 10 arrangements for the rehearsal dinner and my guests thought they were done by a florist and I am not a florist. Go elsewhere for your special day needs.

I feel bad leaving a bad review but I'm just disappointed…read more I searched online for a local flower shop, their website boasts "We have many experienced, talented designers working on orders daily. Each designer has a unique approach to their work." Okay, I'll give them a shot! I go in, super friendly person helped me. I said "I need a boutonnière, I want something red and unique. Not a rose." Specifically said not a rose. Price was cheap. $12. I should have known I wasn't going to get something unique. Because today when I picked it up I had the most boring plain red rose waiting for me. Such a disappointment.

Savannah went above and beyond to rectify a really disappointing situation…read more My order for a funeral was out of delivery service for the Flower Outlet. They used their Flower network to place the order closer to the funeral home. What arrived at the services were embarrassing, disappointing and outright cheap versions of what I ordered. Savannah did everything right. Contacted the network, explained the situation in detail and even called the shop that filled the order directly to work out a some type of reimbursement. The Flower network and Flower outlet stood behind their services by offering a partial refund for the situation. The florist did nothing, but the Flower Outlet has removed them from their vendor list. Kudos to the Flower Outlet I appreciate their loyalty to their customer, especially Savannah who followed this through to its resolution.

So when I called Exeter Flower Shop, they carefully listened to my specific requests ("A tight arrangement, in a glass cube, oh are peonies in season?") and they kindly filled in the many blanks to produce a gorgeous arrangement. I'd ordered flowers for a friend's New Year party, can't roll up empty handed, and she was ecstatic. I can't believe how UPSET with Rennie's that I cancelled my order…read more I called first thing this morning (9:00AM) to have my mother's birthday flowers sent to her at an Assisted Living facility (which mind you is NOT far from Rennie's). After being closed for a long weekend, they had their flower delivery first thing in the morning. I was told it will be an arrangement at the florists choice since the flowers were all around. I said no problem, as long as NO CARNATIONS so roses and balloons. I asked here...when will they be sent? She said early afternoon. Well here it is 3:50pm and NO FLOWERS have arrived for my mother's birthday. The woman who answered stated they were overcome with Funeral Arrangements, that the order will be delivered before 5:00PM. Ummm, hello...NOT MY PROBLEM. Customer Service failed completely! Wondering if I should pick it up myself, I called back and asked and she said it was up to me, but the arrangement wasn't done and won't be going out until 5pm since the delivery person was already out doing other deliveries. So, I cancel the order! And the best....NO ONE can credit my credit card until tomorrow. I am very disturbed that the owner wasn't around and the two individuals working had not idea how to credit an account, as well as lacked customer service. I am sure they are a wonderful florist, but just not for me or my Mother's Birthday. Now I have to buy flowers to take to her since Rennie's FAILED BIG TIME! nb: 1/4/17 - no credit to my credit card yet. Was told to wait a few hours and it should show!
