They installed kinked cables on an overhead shop door that the first time it was used after installation AGAIN came off rollers, they were called immediately and then called again and have not returned my husbands calls nor have they shown up to replace the kinked cable. They liked us a lot when I paid in cash for the doors before they were installed. Their service is horrible after they have your money. They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it??? The truck owner is the one who ordered the panels to start with to replace the ones he had damaged. It seems like their doors don't work at all. Definitely not worth what we paid for them. Nor do they seem to care to provide customer service.
