The guys who performed the move were great. However they were over an hour later than I was told they would arrive when I booked the move. I explained we had a tight schedule and that we needed them to arrive by 9 am and that if they couldn't do that, I would call another company. They told me they could meet the time requirement, so I booked them and paid a deposit. The day before the move I got a message saying they would arrive between 10 and noon, so I called and reiterated the promised time. I was then told they would arrive between 9 and 9:30 am. I would not recommend Peak Movers out of Milwaukee, WI to anyone. They simply did not care enough about our heartbreaking losses and many damages while loading and traveling, at their own hands. The company refuses to return our payment for highly negligent practices. We paid a very high price to have them help us move out of state. We have alot of shattered, broken and missing pieces to items. We cant really put a number value on all our loses, as they were passed down from generation to generation. Unfortunately, we'll not be able to do that with our children. Their overall attitude was haughty, uncaring, and disrespectful to us as elders, as we began to complain of our losses. We are truly sorry we chose this company and they should be ashamed of themselves, offering a measly $400 as restitution and hoping we'll just go away.. read more

Moving from an apartment to a home on a windy winter day was made very easy by these guys. I guessed about the boxes needed and they were prepared and helpful. Some areas were completely discombobulated and they sorted it all out quickly. Nice job guys! From the first phone call t man I talked to was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions with the first call and he se me a quote that very same day! On the morning of my move 2 men that were brothers Ethan and Taylor did a walk through and then got to work they too extra care with many limited prints and 2 tv all of those things were wrapped very carefully and none of them or any other things were damaged at al! they took apart furniture that needed to be and put it back together at my new place! They put things in the places i wanted they wer very upbeat and I don't think they even took much of a break in 7.5 hour! Peak moving company was out standing and I highly recommend them!!
