Many times I have brought my cars in and they easily could have told me to replace this or that just to get the business. Instead they give you an honest assessment and tell you what they would do if it was their car. They are also competitive with pricing. The only drawback is that since the service department is not as big as it once was, you definitely need to call ahead to see if they can fit you in or make an appointment. They do offer the ability to drop off a car overnight so it can get worked on first thing in the morning.

A friend of mine bought a truck there and signed a warranty covering engine and transmission. After…read morea week the transmission failed..It was taken back in and left for 2 weeks...They fixed nothing and told him they would buy him a used one to replace it but that he would have to pay to have it installed. What kind of warranty is that???? I suppose if a head gasket failed they would by a new one for a few bucks and expect the customer to spend 1200 having it installed....These guys are a rip, stay away from them!
