Instead they give you an honest assessment and tell you what they would do if it was their car. They are also competitive with pricing. The only drawback is that since the service department is not as big as it once was, you definitely need to call ahead to see if they can fit you in or make an appointment. They do offer the ability to drop off a car overnight so it can get worked on first thing in the morning.

This place is sexist in my opinion and up-charges women who they think don't know what they're doing. Don't go here if you're a woman or if you're man in general.

Relatively quick service especially since they worked me in. Excellent value, and it's genuine Ford service. Highly recommended and I would definitely use these guys all the time if I lived up here.
