Unfortunately, Friday would come and go with little or no meaningful progress. This cycle repeated itself over and over, leaving me frustrated and without the completed project I had already paid for. The delays and lack of follow-through eventually became so severe that I felt I had no choice but to dispute part of the charges with my credit card company in an effort to recover some of my money. That is not a step I take lightly, but after months of broken commitments, I believed it was my only practical option. In my opinion, Andrew Duty did not communicate honestly or reliably throughout this project. Based on my experience, commitments were repeatedly made and then not honored. I was also disappointed by what I observed regarding the labor used on the project, as much of the work appeared to be performed by very inexperienced workers, which I believe contributed to the quality problems I encountered. They also left a mess and damaged our driveway. They showed no respect for our property. The supervisor on the job was poorly trained, unpleasant, and it was obvious that he wanted to be elsewhere.
