I was getting estimates for tree services had a few estimates they were a little cheaper found out…read morelater why sadly.Had a estimate scheduled they never showed the next day was getting ready to leave for a appointment and they were at my door promised to remove branches I showed and remove a tree leaning in my neighbors yard and a tree that fell in yard previously just needed to be cut up and the branches that I had a family member cut cause there were leaning on my neighbors shed and on there tree.Well when it was time to pay Jim said that wasn't included after his incompetent nasty worker that gave me estimate and said it was included he told me to burn it seriously he left a half a tree that probably weighs 200 pounds I'll just throw it in fire pit. Later I went in back yard and there was a big branch in my other neighbors yard by were they cut the wrong branch by my shed. Called back after getting verbally assaulted hung up on he agreed to take care of in morning told my neighbor to leave his gate open but they didn't show up till 3:30 His rude worker showed up my dog was out figured they weren't coming after the verbal assault.His trashy unprofessional worker threatened to kick my eleven pound dog and called her F flea bag mutt and preceded to throw verbal assaults on me in front of my family member she was appalled of this nasty man's behavior.So now I have to call a professional tree service to resolve this problem cause I had enough abuse from these disgusting so called men. The estimate I received was incomplete (didn't include what I specifically requested i.e. grinding of the stump of the removed tree). The estimate was also several hundred dollars more than another quote I received. There are to many tree services in this area. Do your research and don't hire any company that send "sales representative" to do their estimate.

He recommended an insecticide and fertilizer treatment. I did last september and last week. they recommend every 6 months. I also just had 2 trees planted - a douglas fir and an autumn blaze maple tree. Very happy with his crew that dug the holes, planted the trees and cleaned up after. They were quick and efficient. Very nice and friendly. I personally love Steve. He's a great guy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I got a quote for some work at my mom's house years ago and called him to do the work at my house because I trust him. Very happy and I will continue to use Steve's Trees and recommend his company.
