I found them online when they were offering a deal, so the price was decent - to begin with. But after three hours they were not finished with the (about) 700 square feet (including 1 bathroom, 1 small kitchen, a small bedroom, living room, and dining room.) We had company coming, so we asked them to stay until the job was finished and ended up paying for an extra hour. On the plus side, the two women who came to clean were very nice. I wish we had checked their work, however. They just said, "Okay, we're leaving now!" And we assumed that they were actually done. But after looking around the house, I would say, at best it was "okay"... But I described it to friends "It was as if I hired two 15 year-olds to clean my house." (Maybe we got 2 new employees?) One thing on a shelf would be dusted, and the thing right next to it was not. In fact, I'd say all of the dusting was irregular. And in the kitchen, we specifically said they didn't need to clean the inside of our microwave oven, but they *did* clean the inside, without giving the outside even a wipe down! Right across from it: a sparkling clean toaster! It was odd (and disappointing) how one thing would be cleaned and another -- right next to it -- ignored, multiple times. Am I being picky about these things? I don't think so. If I *had* hired two 15 year-olds, I'd expect it. But I thought I was hiring reputable, professional cleaners, and I was disappointed. I'm looking for house cleaners that will come regularly, but unfortunately, it won't be Tidy Up. I will not use them again. We asked for a deep clean in preparation of out of town family…read more First issue is the quote process - they said they did not need to come out, but then quoted us a huge range ($400 - $700 for 2400 sq feet). We understood - after all, are we clean? Hoarders? They just don't know - but there's no max they will give. We have used several services so we know what to expect and the house was prepped. Things were tidy and they should have been able to dig in quickly and deep clean. They said three people would be here at 8am to complete the job. Two showed up at 8am and the third did not arrive until 9:45am, per our ring camera. We came back at 12:30pm to check status and they had not even started our upstairs. Our downstairs area includes a half-bath (no tub or shower), a living room, kitchen and eat in space, formal dining room and an office. We asked they only sweep and mop the floor in the office. The formal dining room is never used, so a dusting and floor cleaning was all that was necessary. When we arrived, the kitchen was not complete - the island was not finished (but the floor had been swept?) and one side of the cabinets had not been wiped - per their report before they left. We asked them to leave - 12.5 hours is PLENTY of time to clean approx 1000 square feet (because they didn't go upstairs or clean the office!). The cleaning that was "done" looks un-finished and just 'okay'. As other posters said, this is not professional level cleaning. We are waiting for a call back, and will decline the charges if we cannot come to a resolution.

This alone made us very happy. Then he referred us to Jose who was able to install them and replace our failing wheelchair ramp and railing prior to painting. Jose even updated our shudders to an attractive and updated window trim. It was such a relief to find Devin had answers to so many of the issues that held us back from painting and updating sooner. Devin allowed us to test out several options of paint samples as he wanted to be sure we would be happy with the decision. He answered all of our questions, always making us feel welcome to ask them and leaving us satisfied with the answers. I really appreciated the discussions about sheen, tone, texture, etc. Devin and his team did the power washing, calking and other prep work as well as moving objects out of the way as it would have been difficult for us to do so. We were so happy with their work we entrusted them to additionally power wash our concrete and paint our shed as well. I also had the opportunity to share in some downtime with Devin, Andre and Eddy.
