Cannot say enough good things about Mike and the technicians at PDX Prowash! Easy to communicate with for planning and bid information. Prompt scheduling and WOW! What a fantastic outcome! Pulled into my driveway after a long day at work and was greeted with beautifully cleaned hardscapes, the porch furniture and garbage cans neatly back in place and, best of all, no destruction of my garden and the newly blooming flowers! We had another company out earlier, who could not get on top of our Alumawood patio cover to complete the job. Mike reached out and assured us, that they could complete the job for us. Wow!!! Our HOA hired Mike and his team headed by Tim to power wash our neighborhood sidewalks and curbs. We couldn't be happier. Mike came out the same day I called him to give us an estimate. His estimate was extremely reasonable. They scheduled the work quickly and conveniently. The crew was very considerate of the neighborhood and did an exceptional job. All I can say is WOW! We are a small (60 units) downtown condo association. It's very difficult to get anyone to come into downtown Portland to do work and even more so for small jobs. Not only did Mike respond quickly to my request for a quote, but didn't even blink when I told him where we were at. His bid was amazingly reasonable compared to others we had received. The team he sent out was delightful to work with and took note of areas of concern that we had. The team used professional equipment to make our sidewalks sparkle. We couldn't be happier. PDX pro wash cleaned my patios, parking pad and all my windows inside and out on April 1, 2024. They even did a bit extra by cleaning my patio furniture. Everything was done extremely well at the price originally quoted. They were a referral from a neighbor and I am sure there will be others calling them too. read more

I reached out to a few places here in yelp. PDX was one that yelp suggested I contact as well. Keith ended up coming out and giving an estimate that was well priced. More importantly he seemed capable and inspired confidence. The guys did a great job. I will exclusively use them. The after pic was taken after some rain. When it's dry it's completely white and clean. They also did stairs, brick patio. read more

Our condominium HOA needed our stairwells pressure washed and PDX ProWashes quote was so competitive that we decided to add pressure washing of all of our concrete walkways and common areas as well. Man, did they do an amazing job! Tim and Sage got so many compliments from our owners and honestly, our grounds havent looked this good in years. PDX ProWash will be our go to from now on. read more

I reached out to a few different companies before selecting PDX ProWash. Keith came by and checked out the house to give me an accurate quote which he sent via email. By far the most cost effective of ANY of the bids that I had received! Although during the initial visit, he said that it might be a few weeks out, we were able to get internal and external window washing scheduled within the week. The windows had not been cleaned on the outside in the 9 years since I moved in the house so I know they were dirty! The team (Keith & John) took their time and cleaned everything (windows, tracks, screens, etc) beautifully. Keith was great to work! He used appropriate measures (mask) while working on the internal windows and he was also willing to jump between floors to mitigate disruption of our conference calls while we were working from home. When leaving, Keith also indicated the work was guaranteed, so if I noticed something after they left, I could give them a call back and get them to take care of it. They did a great job and I would happily work with them again! read more
