Mikey came out and said that wasn't necessary, that he would charge $150/hr and could fix it in a couple of hours...6 days (most of which he showed up in the evening and staid until late into the night) and $3,450.00 later, this is what he left me with. He said he would come back and fix it, but after seeing the entirety of what he did, I don't want him back on my property to do more damage and leave more mess. The system not only looks crudely constructed, it doesn't work at all. I had the company installing my sod send their irrigation guy out to assess what would be needed to repair it properly, and yep, the whole job needs to be ripped out and re-done. I requested a full refund of what I paid as I now have to pay again for the labor and parts, but Mikey is unwilling to do that. I am asking Yelp to honor their $2,500 guarantee and will be filing suit in small claims court for the remaining $950. I can't reply to your reply, Michael, but as you are the 'contractor' and the person that did this work, you know that you have been telling me you would be out since July 27th, the day after you finished the work. It is not my job to tell you to come clean up the job site and fix the shoddy job, though I've been requesting such since August 12th.

You have to travel about 1/2 mile on a Mud Pit of a road, and after you pay it's up to you to find where they are cutting the sod in the field. Worst road I have been on - ever! Then trying to pay with a little Day Care going on inside the office was totally ridiculous. Finally, the men working the farm itself were not friendly and almost annoyed they had someone come in for a Sod pickup. I didn't even want Bahia Sod, which is known to die off after 5-7 years. ZHL did an outstanding job locating a clog in our pipe that connects our grinder pump to our septic…read moretank. We had issues with a prior company and decided to go with ZHL. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, walking us through the entire process. They installed a new grinder pump, at which time we found out the previous company possibly ruined the first pump by not attaching the lid back to the tank when they worked on it, nor did they remove the clog that they claimed they removed.
