After scheduling a visit for an estimate for early on a Friday evening (6:30p, their suggestion) I felt pretty good - working late hours, they must do good work and are hungry for the job! About 5:45p I got a call and they said they won't be able to make it out, will come Saturday morning instead. I wasn't going to be home but sent pictures of the trees I wanted evaluated. Having heard from them, I followed up Tuesday afternoon with a call inquiring about a quote, specifically asking if he went to the house. He said only one tree needed service, all others looked fine. I pushed back, saying that the tree in the back is overgrown and leaning, did they see that? He reassured me that it "looked fine." Needless to say I won't be going with this company and its poor communication, evaluation, and customer attention. Heed my warning, all!

Veteran home owner friends of mine smugly smile and say things like, "Isn't owning a house great?" a phrase I'm already tired of hearing. Last weekend my girlfriend and I figured we'd rip out the gnarly overgrown bushes in the front of my house and go to town with some fresh, modern, landscaping. Seems easy, right? Well, it was until we discovered the roots of these bushes, which were probably as old as the house itself, turned out to be like something out of a sci-fi horror movie. At one point I spoke to one of the brothers and he told me that they would call back. But that never occurred so I had to reach out to another service which also did a fine job. At the time I was utilizing their service services for our HOA, I also referred their services to the community next to us which they two utilize them. So it's confusing to me why they never returned my calls. I'm only getting four stars because of the situation of them not returning my calls. But the work they provided was always excellent when I felt that they were more responsible in calling back.
