Yesterday, my husband was doing some yard work and noticed a very large split in the very nice tree in our front yard. Thankfully, we knew who to call because Herrera's Tree Services were out earlier this summer to take care of the Bradford Pear trees in our backyard that were dropping limbs every storm. My husband called yesterday and they said they could be out Wednesday. When Herrera's came this morning and looked at it, priorities changed and he sent his crew out this afternoon. Had a mature, black walnut tree cut down and they did it in about two hours, which seemed very short for me, but maybe that's why one of the giant upper limbs fell on my roof and patio and scratched up my siding, windows, and almost busted through my 6 foot windows. When I explained my concerns after the service, I was basically told that everything was fine and is as it was and I felt like they thought I was an idiot lol, I mean, I can see that the whole gutter was bent where the tree fell on it... I can see all the scratches on the glass and siding and also speak for themselves... This was not a planned fall. And they just told me that that's how the gutter works... and they see no damage.... lol come on guys... my whole sunroom windows could have shattered due to the fall and it also barely missed my utility lines running to the house. Need to get the roof checked to make sure that no sharp branches poked through any of the shingles. I mean these guys looked me right in the eyes and said that there was no damage and I just laughed and said all good and couldn't wait for them to leave. Again the photos speak for themselves, if that's not a tree hitting a house and causing damage... then I don't know what is... If they would have simply owned up to their mistake, I would not be writing this review. This review is due to being told there was no damage on my house, to my face, like I don't have eyes. Be a professional.... Come on now... The person who subcontracted these guys out to me has already agreed to pay me for the damages. Oh! lol and for whatever reason when they were removing huge chunks of the stumps out from the patio area, they decided to just rip right through my green bush there instead of going around it, which I thought was unnecessary and kind of a jerk move read more

Hired Herrera to trim 2 large trees and remove some large limbs. Roberto came out to quote job, due to summer backlog he said it would be a 3 week wait. 3 weeks later he called to say the crew would come at 8am. The crew arrived on time. The trimmers climbed to the ends of every limb to fully trim. The large limbs were carefully dropped to avoid damage to the lawn and house. And everything was raked and swept clean. I used Roberto's service about 15 years ago when he was working for someone else and I noticed he was very good at his work. Over the years I referred him to my coworkers and friends and they were all happy with his services and affordable price. Today he came back with his 4 men crew to do fall trimming for me. Two of them were very skillful and they went to each limb to cut off the dead branches and shaped the trees while the other 2 crew members did the cleanup on the ground. Roberto stayed behind and blew away the leaves fell on my deck and made sure everything is in order. Wow ! Absolutely a pleasure to work with ! We had 2 very large trees cut down and 1 large tree trimmed. One of the trees cut down was absolutely enormous !
