But after several calls and making a pest of myself, I finally got a callback. The guys came out and cleaned out my system. They also put in 2 clean outs. Seems to me that should have been done when they originally installed the system. Hindsight I suppose. They guys that came out were awesome. They got the water flowing again and it seems like its running as well, if not better than when it was new. Their great attitude, knowledge, and professionalism brings Vulcan's rating from 3 stars to 4. Excellent job fellas.

It is truly a shame how companies like this attempt to take advantage of individuals in need of…read morehelp. I reached out and scheduled an appointment for a consultation to get an estimate for repairs I need in my basement. After setting up the appointment, I moved my schedule around to make the appointment work. First, the company sent me a confirming email with the wrong day of the week for the appointment, but with the right date of service. This was just unprofessional. Approximately 24 hours before the appointment, I received a call from a "Mark" asking for the specifics of the situation. After advising him that I already had someone (a structural engineer) come out and assess the situation to form a potential reparation plan, which I of course paid for handsomely, Mark advised that he needed to physically see the report first rather than coming to see the space itself. Once I told him that I was in a bind and there were serious issues with the basement, Mark predatorily advised me that he charges a $350 "refundable" (not sure under what circumstances it is or isn't refundable) just to come out and prepare an estimate. Now, keep in mind that I am seeking work that will likely cost in the tens of thousands of dollars. Nonetheless, this individual, this extremely unprofessional individual, told me that he will be inexplicably charging extra for reasons unknown. This is absolutely absurd. I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know, nor will I be seeking a consultation from this company ever again. The best part is that their website advertises that they provide a "Free Home Inspection". That's false advertising. It is a true shame how supposed professionals treat proposed customers. If this treatment is any indication of the work the company does, I am happy that Mark so kindly forewarned me.
