On 01/16/2026 I walked in the store and immediately I was greeted by the lady at the Customer…read moreService counter (my apologies, did not get her name) but she was amazing from the time I walked in to the time I left. As I walked past her counter, I am trying to figure out which isle i needed to go to get my items, when a man (Mr. James) ask if "you needed assistance), I did not believe he was speaking to me but HE WAS! Shocked to say the least. I informed him what I needed and he took me right to the location. I told him to just point and I will find it and he refused and walked me to the isle, lol. (#Shocking). The I asked where another item could be and I again asked to point because it was not his location, HE REFUSED AGAIN and walked me to the item I needed. This occurred three times. I asked for his manager because clearly he needed to know that he had an amazing employee. Mr. James came to the isle as well to assist because that was his area. Shortly after the manager, Mr. John came and he was so amazing and soooo professional. I informed him of this amazing experience at the store with his employees but he was just like them, very professional, ect. For the last five years since purchasing my home, I go to Home Depos very often (Clayton County) AND I HAVE NEVERRRRRRRR seen such caring, professional. Antonio you as well! I was pretty impressed how they stand by their product. I ordered 4 trees from them and out of…read morethose 3 survived and one died. They asked for some proof and then, within just 1 week replaced the product. In the past, other nurseries would tell me to wait 6-8 weeks to see if the tree revives. Of cpurse that meant keeping a dead tree in my yard for a few month and then they would ask me to mail it in! Often it was a large tree and mailing it would be a hassle not to mention quite pricey. Pixies Gardens take complaints within first two weeks and actually issue replacement. The remaining 3 trees are thriving. Shipping was fast, packaging great and quality of the trees is excellent.

Tuesday: Dropped in twice…read moreto get a sharpened mower blade I pre-paid for.. it was busy at the pro- counter( only one guy there working with the line) so came back laster.. 2nd time back- got the blade & some chrome polish that rang up 3 bucks more than what was advertised on the shelf. I didnt notice until walking to the car. I waited in line for a $3 credit to my CC. Today, sent my house mate up to get a can of starter fluid to help get the mower running. She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. Ya'll need to get it together........... Mayfield use to be consistently top notch and now?,,,,,,,,,,, it's hit or miss and lately..........miss. Ordered replacement slings, all sales final, then find out I…read moreshould have added 1/4" to the width because the frame is welded, which was not noted anywhere on the order page at all, and buried in the details somewhere else on the website. Also videos on the website only cover chairs where the frames aren't welded too. Now I'm stuck with slings where I'm having an absolute nightmare trying to install them. Very regretful I proceeded with ordering from here.
