But I…read moreordered an arrangement for a fellow deputy's mother's funeral and collected $190, I told them what I wanted and how much I had to spend for it ( I told them $200) when I received the picture of what was sent I was absolutely shocked and embarrassed!! It looked to be $50-$75 arrangement with NO artistic design to it at all. I posted to get others opinions to be sure I wasn't over reacting and they had the same opinion as mine. Hopefully I will find out Monday if it was a mistake and if they will try to make good on their embarrassing example of a floral design. If they do, I will report back. Wish us luck!! The people I dealt with at the Covington store were incompetent. It'll probably burn up the new mower cutting too tall of grass when and if I get it. It worked only a few more times but it didn't even work for the entire summer. I bought another battery and it cut 1/2 my yard and died. I did buy the lawn mower in 2018 and it was marked down because it was a return, im sure the customer informed Home Depot that it didnt work properly but instead of writing it off as a damaged product, Home Depot decided to resale it and take advantage of a customer. Not only will Home Depot not mKe good, but they also told me they would charge me an additional $18.00 to send it off for service! Wow!
