The store was 100% empty the entire time I was there (5-10min). I stood around and contemplated this or that and searched a few things on Google. The entire time neither person even looked in my direction to see if I may need help.

I can say that they do provide a greeting upon entering the store, which is rare these days. They also provide a parting comment as well. The store is clean and there is usually ample parking in the front or side of the location. Prior to visiting this time, I called to determine if they carried a product in the store that I saw online. I really wanted the product that day and did not want to be inconvenienced by having to order it from the website or Amazon. I asked about the product and was told that they do not carry it. There was no indication that she accessed the system or even stopped to look for it. I asked if she could determine if it is carried in another store in the area. At that time, she looked at something and retracted her original statement. She confirmed that they carried the product, but not the brand. After work, I stopped in asked where I could find the item. As soon as I removed the item from the shelf, I saw the item that prompted my initial inquiry. I was not upset but I thought the blanketed no response was not an example of good customer service. Needless to say, I am still a fan and will go back. Just please exercise due diligence before flat out telling a customer that you do not carry a product.

The selection of parking spaces were abundant as well as the amount of available grocery carts. My only problem with some of the carts is when customers leave trash like circulars, boxes and other items for the next customer to discard. Since Aldi is unconventional in terms of their carts, customers should be responsible and courteous enough to remove trash and other debris before returning the cart and locking it in. The last time I was there, someone actually left apple and pear cores in the cart. The Aldi brand has come along way over the years and keeps getting better and better in my opinion. Though I personally only purchase the fruit and vegetables, organic brands and some pantry staples, they have a variety of everything for pretty exceptional prices. I have rarely had a problem with any of my purchases, which is one of the reasons why Aldi is one of my weekly stops. In any instance where there was a problem, the issue was resolved without a problem. The store is clean and pretty well-stocked. Like I said earlier, I discovered that the best time to visit is when they first open because everything is so abundant with a neat presentation. The seasonal items are usually a good buy. Additionally, I like venturing down the miscellaneous aisle where I have discovered some great finds from cleaning products to deeply discontinued items.

Anyhoo,prices are VERY fair,produce on the whole,very good,packaged,tinned items are great,as is the fresh,bakery and refrigerated items such as milk,eggs, yogurt etc,and did I mention very fair prices. Checkout is lightening fast,not another retailer/grocer/supermarket can touch the speed and efficiency of their checkout.Long lines occasionally but boy,they knock them down REAL fast! Not taking away from Lidl,they have great products too,including their onsite bakery,prices are fair on many items too,but what makes me opt for Aldi first is their format,floor layout and speed of checkout.Phenomenal. I give Giant a hard pass,not because their prices are higher,(and they are) but because I have been unfortunate enough to be there on 2 occasions when the store manager(found this out by chance on the second visit),her name starts with K,was talking to employees like crap,on the floor,in Giant attire and obviously in business hrs while there is foot traffic.I refuse to support a business that allows associate abuse.
