I wasnt going to complaint when I bought a 2016 Ford Taraus on 2/19, 2026 with a trade in of my old car, when the Sales Manager said I couldn't have a warranty on the vehiclle unless I got a loan from them. I wanted to pay cash for full price, but they said no warranty On a cash purchase. I wasn't going to complain when they promised me the car's Satellite radio would work & it is also was listed in car manual but it didn't. I returned the car next day at noon & Sales Manager handed me a paper of special instructions to remedy Satellite Radio functionality however it didn't. The car dashboard kept saying return to dealer. I wasnt going to complain when I brought the car again on that same day at 4:45 pm for them to take it to a Ford dealership. I decided to cancel the deal and I received my old car back the next day & was told the loan would be cancelled, along with me signing paperwork. I'm only complaining now cause today, less than a week from the purchase of the vehicle which I had returned, I receive a text from their automatic loan system stating they was going to charge me tomorrow, one week from the date of the purchase.. I called & spoke to the Billing Manager who said "They forgot to cancel the loan." I felt compelled to contact my bank to cancel my credit card to ensure I didn't get charged and reissue a new card. This was important to me in that I wouldn't get charged for a cancelled vehicle purchase. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a new card to be mailed to me. read more

Most notably was the practice of "bait and switch" and "sales packing". When we called them out on their deceptive sales practice and attempted to leave, two of the salesman became very agitated. The sales manager approached me in a very aggressive manner. He was very angry and shouting. He screamed that he didn't want me for a customer anyways. He then quickly went over to the salesman's desk, tore up the sales paperwork and threw it across the room.

I signed it and returned it along with the documents he requested stating I would send a driver with a check the following day. I made arrangements with a driver and thought we were all set. Later that day I received a call stating I don't own the truck because someone else put a deposit on it later that day. I was very confused because I was not asked to make a deposit I was told the truck was mine come get it. I had driver in route to pick up funds to go get the truck the next day and take it to my store in Ga. I asked the salesman why the other guy gets the truck when I committed first he stated it was because of the deposit. I would have made a deposit if I had been asked to. Then he proceeds to tell me he has another truck he can sell me, I told him sell it to the guy who committed after me. This is not the way to do business! Buyer beware if you are out of state or the area realize you might be wasting time and money going on a goose chase because a bill of sale and their word mean nothing!
