I wanted to pay cash for full price, but they said no warranty On a cash purchase. I wasn't going to complain when they promised me the car's Satellite radio would work & it is also was listed in car manual but it didn't. I returned the car next day at noon & Sales Manager handed me a paper of special instructions to remedy Satellite Radio functionality however it didn't. The car dashboard kept saying return to dealer. I wasnt going to complain when I brought the car again on that same day at 4:45 pm for them to take it to a Ford dealership. I decided to cancel the deal and I received my old car back the next day & was told the loan would be cancelled, along with me signing paperwork. I'm only complaining now cause today, less than a week from the purchase of the vehicle which I had returned, I receive a text from their automatic loan system stating they was going to charge me tomorrow, one week from the date of the purchase.. I called & spoke to the Billing Manager who said "They forgot to cancel the loan." I felt compelled to contact my bank to cancel my credit card to ensure I didn't get charged and reissue a new card. This was important to me in that I wouldn't get charged for a cancelled vehicle purchase. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a new card to be mailed to me.
