Everyone else I talked to "knew a few guys." Well when you "know a few guys" you end up hiring for the carpentry, drywall, etc. work and it takes forever plus you aren't guaranteed the quality. After getting outrageous quotes because everyone was scared of the plaster, Alex gave me a reasonable quote. I think it took him a little more time than he expected but he honored his original quote.
