Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. Recently , my pump stopped working ; I called him and he helped me make it work over the phone ! A few months ago I needed to balance the pool after a storm and he wasn't available that same day so he spent 20 min on the phone with me guiding me how to do it !
