Outside you'll see lots of young, and not so young, artists painting on huge canvases lined up to look like one big Wall. (best to come early to see them in action before piece is completed) I'll describe it as graffiti​ lite but that's disputable. Anyway, great to look at art, artists and appreciate eclectic art scene. They have food trucks, beer trucks and alcohol sales. OYO was doing good business. And with the DJ spinning tunes ...... It was picture perfect. If you want more, you can stroll through the artist warehouse and visit individual studios. This is a great time to shop and talk to interesting folks. Also, the junior scrawl is located here. Kids are having a blast. In fact, there were lots of kids. Some with parents and some without. Good for all age groups. It's a two day free event. They do accept donations. IDs are required for wristband if planning to drink alcohol. Speaking of drinking, the festival is directly behind Strongwater restaurant & bar. Land Grant brewery and Rehab bar are two other popular drinking spots across the street. All good reasons to stay awhile and plan to come back again to next year's festival.

Over 50 artists participated in this 2 day long art expo and competition. Artists paint on Giant Canvases to tell stories of the past, present, and future. I like these festivals and Park Street Festival is a good start. It's one of the first of the…read moresummer season. This isn't big as it's about three blocks along Park Street. It has two or three stages with a lot of local bands and some bigger bands who had been popular. There's overpriced beer but there's lots of food trucks. I went both nights of it this year. If you go earlier a lot of the vendors won't be open yet. There's a $5 cover after 7. It allows you into any of the bars. Of course, the bars on Park Street suck ass. Another annoying thing is the cost of beers. They have that stupid ticket system. For $6 you get one ticket. You get 5 tickets for $25. A 16 oz. Blue Moon or a 20 oz. Miller Lite is one ticket. That's crazy. Instead of this have the cocktails. These were two tickets each for a 32 oz. bucket of margarita, rum punch, or vodka punch. I would go again to hang out. It's not the best festival but it's a nice preview of the better ones. There's lots of food trucks with plenty of vegetarian choices so it has something else other than overpriced beer or bands to watch.

The 2008 musicians included DJ 'M', Reaganomics, Shuckin' Bubba Deluxe, Red Wanting Blue, Acoustic Shu, Jonathan White, Introspect Love Sick Radio, and the always crowd drawing 17th Floor. If you're not into crowds, this is not for you. If you like to see and be seen, welcome to your summer-time asylum of vain. I went, saw and conquered. It was fun. It was a great summer vacation in the city...with everyone you always see anyway.

We had the best corndogs ever from Bite Me Corndogs, but there were lots of other interesting options, not limited to the usual fair stuff. There were games and small rides, firetrucks, etc. Not a huge event, which is fine for us, especially with the baby. Come for an hour or so, or come see a show- they had several interesting bands scheduled, plus a car show.

A bake-off, music, pie raffle (of the bake-off winners,) pie-eating contest, local charities and vendors, etc. It wasn't big, but big enough for an hour or so, and some lunch. The pie was good-not-great, but then, we got there after most pies were gone. The food vendors were good- a step above the usual fair food. The organizers and locals were super friendly. There's a large shelter with tables to eat and relax in. We'll be here next year.

It's only 30 minutes from Columbus so a doable drive. Admission is only $6 which includes parking. I go on the first night. Everything seems much cleaner the first day. The smells of all the fair vendors, sounds and sights are just fun to take in.

Many vendors, including lots of pet stuff. The whole street is blocked off, so you can wander safely. Parking is tight, and many areas require permits, but we lucked on a spot just around the corner. It was busy at 7pm on a hot summer evening, but not crazy. We could walk, with a stroller. Everyone was super friendly. Lots of shops there, of course, and restaurants. A great, fun summer event.

This is the 2nd year that I participated in "Run the Lights" at Butch Bando's. It's one Saturday…read moremorning each year (and very early) where runners/walkers can do the light trail on foot! It's a very unique way to see the lights. The Bandos provide an excellent safety briefing (stay on the roads) and take great care to salt and clear the road for us. Any year that I'm shape/training for an upcoming race you can find me signing up for this one.

Went on thanksgiving after dinner with the in laws and we had a blast! The road while looking at…read morethe lights were narrow and I was scared I would hit a car! There were alot of lights and i paid $23 for my car and upon arrival they gave me a booklet if coupons and ads and a ticket stub to come back with $5 off! There is also Christmas music u just have to tune to 88.3 I think and made the experience worth it! There were lights from the entrance until u exited! My in laws are from Michigan and they said there is nothing like this back home and the kids wanted to go around again! Loved this and had a blast!
