The only conversation was a brief call over a month prior. During the deep clean walkthrough, one of the team members even told me the floors would be part of the regular service, which added to the confusion. When I raised my concerns, the owner responded defensively and focused more on justifying their side than making things right. I left my house in their hands as I headed out for work. Lauren came across something and immediately reached out to me to make me aware; I very much appreciated that.
