We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. They came another day and tried their best to fix the problem. For their trouble, they charged a large sum to not fix anything. They charged for parts they purchased but could not fix the issue. That is not a good business practice to pass that cost to the customer when you were unable to provide the service. Significant money was spent and nothing was fixed. They offered to come back another day where they would attempt to fix the problem again and charge more money if they were successful. They took a week to follow up on that offer. Thank goodness I found someone else who charged less than their assessment fee to fix the issue. That included replacing necessary parts. The other professional was able to immediately diagnose what they did wrong and provided all the options for moving forward. I can't speak for their other services but would not recommend for Central Air repair.

They sent the most unqualified person I've ever met in my life. She told me that she had to shut my heat off immediately due to high levels of co2, and we should evacuate immediately. I asked her not to shut my heat off because my pipes would freeze and she said "you should be good". I called Anthony and he dropped everything, came right over and challenged everything she had told us. It was very clear to me within 1 minute of him showing up that this girl had no clue what she was talking about and she scurried out as fast as she could.
