Martin was recommended to me by Yelp's request a quote function. He was one of the few plumbers on the recommended who was willing to give me an estimate without having to send someone over first. The price was fair and Martin was responsive in scheduling a time the same day I contacted him. The plumber on Martin's team that I worked with was knowledgable, professional, and worked quickly to replace the fill valve within 30 minutes. We weren't 100% sure if that would fix the problem since this appeared to be a slow leak so they were willing to hold off invoicing me and ordering additional parts just in case the fill valve wasn't the issue. Luckily replacing the fill valve did the trick but I appreciated the gesture anyways. Still waiting to figure out how their payment works since I received an online invoice with an option to pay online. Anyways they did a great job and I would recommend them for toilet repair.

We had been anticipating this cost, as our previous water heater was near the end of it's warranty, and were very familiar with the typical pricing for installation for a tankless water heater, which is not cheap. The price that they quoted us was within a normal range - a bit higher than we had been quoted by other folks, but considering that it was an emergency situation and they worked extremely quickly to do a big job and replace our water heater to an upgraded version by 2pm the next day, it was worth it. Everyone we spoke to was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. Adam was awesome and Adriana helped us out a ton, including arranging a follow-up visit to follow up on something. They also were very fair about service charges. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It would come the following week. No worries, right? The following week came and went, no estimate. I called the next week and the woman on the phone, who was very pleasant, apologized, updated my email and said she would send it right over to the manager. Still no estimate. The following week, I called again. She apologized, again, and said that I would hear back by end of day, or on Monday. I never did receive an estimate. I do not recommend. Such a waste of my time! I'm not begging to give someone my business. Ridiculous!
