My technician said they didn't need changing, I had mud on the pads which was causing the squeaking. I so appreciated my technician. I truly was prepared for the quote I was given, plus more....because that's just what I expect whenI take my car to a shop. They also came out on Memorial Day and did not charge an extra fee. I called Miguel's initially because I always feel like a car shop tries to upsell me because Im a woman and have no clue about "flex capacitors and cadillac converters" .
