I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. We feel the amount should have been adjusted to the gravity of the situation in our the attic. We regret paying this much for just a couple of squirrels which, by the way, were not taken away as I had assumed, but only pushed out. They are still running around out backyard and we know it's only a matter of time before they will be back in the attic (or else they would not push for a warranty extension).

They came out and put in a trap and the possum was caught in 14 hours! That was fast now the large possum is out we are looking for anything else under the shed. The employees were so fast and "ninja like; they got the animal and reset the trap and I didn't even know they had been here. Great job.; very reasonable in prices!!
