Months ago, someone from the company rang the doorbell while I was on a work call. He briefly mentioned that we could contact them if we wanted to continue the service. I meant to follow up, but with no written notice, no phone call, and no additional outreach, it slipped my mind. Today, a technician returned and repossessed the equipment. He rang the bell once (again while I was on a call), then entered the yard and began removing bait stations without speaking to anyone or receiving permission. The lawn was damaged in the process. No notice was left behind, and when I called to ask what happened, the company didn't take any responsibility or offer to fix the damage. Since that brief and unclear interaction months ago, we've hired a competitor mosquito control service--and the difference was immediate. The new provider communicated clearly, respected our property, and acted professionally from start to finish. It was a stark contrast that confirmed we made the right decision not to continue with this company. If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for your home, do not use this company. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer experience speak for themselves.

I've lived in the same home, in far North Arlington, for 19 years and I have had a squirrel issue that has been getting worse with each year. I've made so many attempts to work with the fact that they destroy my home and make nests inside my attic and areas I cannot access. I am in a heavily wooded area and my two-story home is on a steep hill and very difficult to work on. I have sought professional help in the past and I've not been happy with the outcome. They were here for days, and they had a challenge in finding matching roof tiles to integrate into my 1977 Spanish tile. But they were able to source the exact tiles & fully fixed all of my issues - 100%. I chose to spend a substantial amount of $$ over the cost of the quote, in order to obtain a three-year warranty that will bring these guys back out at the drop of a dime (that's a Phone Call for you millennials...). That warranty was optional and there wasn't any pressure to purchase it. I made that decision based on the wonderful work they've performed. I have no worries that these guys will honor their warranty, based on thoroughness of their work. I couldn't be happier with the integrity of their work and the "Results" speak for themselves. The exterminator contracted by the complex just does the bare minimum - probably fine at prevention as long as your place is clean, but not useful against an infestation already underway. I searched Yelp for an exterminator and Mars was able to send someone out the next day! Joseph arrived and explained the 4 different chemicals being used and what they do. One of them was a bait and would draw them out so that the other 3 chemicals could "attack". After he was finished spraying, I struck up a conversation and as we were chatting, those suckers were coming out of the woodwork. Gave me serious heebie jeebies but the good thing was, they were twitching and dying. For a few days after that I was vacuuming up dead ones, gross but HALLELUJAH! He came back out 1 week later to do a final "whammy" and I've seen a total of 2 live ones since the first round. That is nothing compared!
