I heard by someone else that he thought maybe the guy putting the fertilizer down was selling what he didn't use on the side. I believe that because he sure didn't use it on my yard. when I called to fire them they said I need to aireate it for a couple more years. no it just needed fertilizer like I had been telling them the past 2 years and weed man after 1 treatment proved that!!! He even picked up my mower to repair at shop, no extra charge. A small piece of rubber from a replaced vacuum pump was blocking the seating of the needle in carb valve. Mike's persistence located this issue even though it was an odd, rare malfunction. At many times along the way, Mr. Mike could've taken advantage, but he did not! Honest service at a fair price!

Important to understand they are not simply applying a shiny coat of wax. They actually rehone the tiles which take several passes with different grits. follow up with a sealer and polish to an almost original shine.
