I had seen many ads for this service, so I was excited to try it out. The employees I met were…read morenice, but are left handling customer complaints because company policy doesn't permit them to disclose several things. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.

Had it not been for your reviews I never would have called. He's absolutely wonderful. He is a kind person, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had showers that were leaking, kitchen faucets that needed changing out bathtub faucets that were leaking and a few other odds and ends. Ed showed up - got everything done. My tenants love him. I got the bill and was pleasantly surprised. He's very reasonable and stuck within his original estimate.
