But that is not the real problem. The real problem is that they cut my tint in the middle of the windshield where the windshield meets the hood and look like someone tried to put an X. I called the shop which I spoke to the manager who insisted on me to bring the car so they can view the cut mark. Once I got there, I showed him the spot. He proceeded to deny the incident. I know for a fact, they put the X at that spot because I had the car washed and there were no scratches on my window shield tint at all. The only fresh cut marks was the sloppy job of cutting my tint. To put the inspection stickers. I hate dealing with businesses that do not own up to their mistakes and I do not recommend this place to anybody because if they can deny something so my new and not take responsibility than when it comes to fixing a car, they will do the same thing which will mean more money out of your pocket. The only good thing about this shop is the receptionist. She's the only humble person there to deal with. It sucks that I have to go. somewhere else to take care of my inspections, even though I was advised to go another place other than them. The real reason why I went back to them from the beginning cause they put my first inspection sticker on and they did not cut my tinted windows and also the fact that the receptionist is pretty and very nice.
