I'd never use them again or recommend them. I've got the same complaint as others. Promising the world, then either not showing up, or sending kids to do shit work, pavers looked terrible. I hired these guys last summer as they came on recommendation from another contractor I trusted. They did a fair job then to say the least because he was so backed up from weather, I called him back to discuss my disappointment so he sent someone to not correct the issues but put more sand which was not needed because there was excess sand everywhere. Needless to say I sent the guy packing. I am writing this year because I am embarrassed of my yard. My pavers look disgusting as if no one did anything. We spent $1200 dollars and he took our money and talked a good game. They are streaky, moldy and full of sand. I was going to keep quiet but honestly I got taken for a ride and paid good money for a job that literally was a sham. Just want to protect the next person from this business. I cannot and would not recommend this company. We hired them to do power washing around the front and backyard of the house and within minutes they had ripped off the paint on the side of the house and grout had come up as well. I ran out to stop them once I realized. While I understand this is possible, why on EARTH would you not alert the owner and flag with them on what was happening??? Surely we could then weigh in on what to do since I was AT HOME at the time of the job being done. Frank is unprofessional and proceeded to yell in return instead of admitting the mistake. The paint on the back of our house is ruined and we will eventually have to do a full exterior paint job. Do not use this company. read more

Amazing job! I hired john to clean my pavers, seal them and painty house. They did an amazing job. John and his team were very professional, always returned my calls and he made sure I was informed every step of the process. He uses nothing but the best products for sealing and for painting. I have tried other guys in the past and would never hire anyone else for now on. I will recommend him to all my family and friends. He is a local guy from the island, which is a big plus to me. I would give this company no stars if I could! Like others have said A&J comes to your house gives you an estimate tell you they will come back but give you the run around and never show up. Not sure how people like this stay in business if you are to busy then don't even come and give an estimate just say you can't do the job. read more

They power washed my driveway that is pavers, they put in new sand and sealed it in less than one season I had all the weeds and moss growing back so I wasn't properly done. I called at the beginning of last summer I was told I would be getting a visit to see the complaint, that was my last contact with these guys. Stay away all they are used car salesman they take your money do a crap job and don't stand by there work. I haven't been able to figure out how they are so popular they suck! read more

Worst guy ever, will come to your home, promise the sun, moon and stars and then not show up when expected. Really??? I had a huge job for this guy, did not haggle on the price at all and was stood up. To this day the guy never even called me back after not showing up. Do not even bother getting an estimate from this guy you will be wasting your time. He strung me along for a month never showed and never called.
