When the cabinets arrived, they were great quality, real plywood and he and his crew were able to get installation done in just a few hours. These are big cabinets and spaces to maneuver in and things look great. Of all the vendors I looked at, none were more organized, thorough, or helpful as Craig in listening to what we liked and getting back to us in a timely manner. It took 3 weeks to get them to come back and finish. And now, the countertop has an unsightly gap with putty that doesn't match. The only thing he was concerned about was his payment. Update... We picked up our tile at the warehouse and after…read moreopening the pallet we unfortunately found several broken boxes. Shane who runs the warehouse made it right- he immediately reordered our tile and adjusted our pricing to alleviate some of the unfortunate issues we had been dealing with. Review: We came here based off a recommendation to choose tile for an entire home renovation where we were using ceramic tile throughout plus more. Admittedly the selection is outstanding but that's where it stops... Salesperson was helpful only after being told we needed to come back at a set appointment to discuss options. A few visits later we finally were able to place the order. Keep in mind they do not visit site or provide any assistance in measuring. So, even after providing correct numbers salesperson called a few more times to ask for numbers again and at one point admitted to having misplaced them. And same salesperson continued having to consult with manager before moving forward... The whole process of just ordering was more complicated than expected, invoices so hard to read that we all had to ask for clarification, lunches being ate at desks while we waited for assistance, paying half up front ($7000+) and before even picking up the tile asked for full payment ($7000+ more) before my Construction supervisor could leave with a few items and finally after trusting the correct amount of underlay material was ordered after giving total square footage of home and then finding out we needed several more rolls because not enough was ordered costing us a few more thousand dollars .... As you can imagine this hurts our budget for house flooring at this point. We walked in the door without an appointment and less than 6 days later, including a weekend, we had beautiful granite countertops installed. Of course I think it helped that we were able to choose our granite out of the remnant stack and we did it in about 30 seconds. Christy handled everything we needed with professionalism and a great attitude. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice. The installers showed up when they said they would and did a very nice job, leaving no mess. This was a much better experience than what we had at Large Granite a few years ago. I hired West Georgia Design Build to remodel at my residence. In the master shower the floor did…read morenot drain properly due to Dwight installation errors. On the third attempt, the floor now drains properly, but a large portion of the tile is now lighter than the initial tile that was not repaired. In addition, there are grout coloration inconsistencies on the master shower flooring. We had discussed with Dwight that we did not want to see a difference in installation if he repaired only half of the floor. The grout in the master shower niche was mixed incorrectly by hired help when Dwight left the worksite. It was applied with poor craftsmanship and overlaps individual tiles resulting in a sloppy finished product. In the guest bath remodel, the plumbing was not installed correctly. This resulted in water leaking on the exterior and interior of the wall upon our first use. The water ran down inside the wall to the lower level of the house. We had to discontinue use of this shower to prevent water damage until Dwight came out to repair the issue. They did not take caution when moving materials during the remodel resulting in damage to hardwood floors and two walls. Final clean-up was not satisfactory as they left unused materials in the yard, including small pieces of tile and chunks of hardened grout. Stacy never came out to review the final product and is currently refusing to come and make things right. We're very disappointed with the issues mentioned above. I wish I could report resolution, but cannot at this time.
