You need to make sure you're not sending some whacko to meet your mother, in her own home, and safe place. Also, my poor mom hasn't EVER had a house cleaner in her whole life. She now is older, and has had health issues for a long time. She also lost her husband a few years ago, and I know she just doesnt have any energy or motivation to do what most people consider every day, simple tasks. A deep clean you say? HAHAHAHA, yeah, right. Anyways, I talked to a few people and ended up choosing Maryanne. I am soooooo grateful I did. She made my mom very comfortable right away. That was my main concern. She has made my mom so very happy with her cleaning, and she probably saved my mom from having a damn fire in her home. She found all kinds of unsafe stuff in her stove vent and rook care of it for her. I cant convey enough thru here how grateful I am to her. You wont be disappointed, I promise you that!

They did not clean the walls or trim. They didn't do some of the windows or removed grease film from range hood and trim. All in all they did a very poor job. They told me if I found items they missed, to call them and they would clean them at no additional charge. Christine at you missed a spot cleaning was neither professional upon arrival for 1st scheduled time was late and just gave excuses about her being busy with her bread and butter income of property cleaning and having to be a care provider okay I can understand that reason but don't give me nemours reasons. She cleaned the surface of requested rooms and started the floors in bathroom 1st and went to living space then kitchen unacceptable and nasty. She didn't move anything to sweep under it and just talked talked all the time. The fee for her service was very high when she didn't do everything that was supposed to be cleaned. Went ahead and scheduled her for a follow-up and she had said on the day she was supposed to come that she had overbooked herself and put me off until the next weekend, now here it is the new day and called to confirm the time and agreed to be here at 9am with a second cleaner and no call no show now it is 145 and still no call no show. I called Parker Cleaning service, he instructed me home was clean. I stated walk in garage filthy, Parker said he will not clean garage, said bathroom mold in tub, toilet, etc. Parker said he doesn't Caulk, told Parker about hand prints on walls and doors, Parker then says home was clean when he left. I asked Parker if he would live in home the way it was and he said yes, I responded no wonder its filthy and Parker then hung up on me . He would show up and work a couple of hours and then have to leave for some reason or the other. Took him three days to NOT get the job done. I had to use his equipment to clean the floors because he said that wasn't included in the quote. ALL the walls, cabinets, and ceiling had to be re-cleaned after he said he was finished. I hired a local homeless guy to clean the walls after he left and the cleaning was then done right. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!
