You need to make sure you're not sending some whacko to meet your mother, in her own home, and safe place. Also, my poor mom hasn't EVER had a house cleaner in her whole life. She now is older, and has had health issues for a long time. She also lost her husband a few years ago, and I know she just doesnt have any energy or motivation to do what most people consider every day, simple tasks. A deep clean you say? HAHAHAHA, yeah, right. Anyways, I talked to a few people and ended up choosing Maryanne. I am soooooo grateful I did. She made my mom very comfortable right away. That was my main concern. She has made my mom so very happy with her cleaning, and she probably saved my mom from having a damn fire in her home. It's a pretty cluttered house with cloth couches but despite those obstacles Peggy got the cat hair and dander out to where our little baby is doing amazing and hasn't had a reaction which is such a relief. He was very friendly and accommodating and did an excellent job cleaning our loveseat and carpet in the family room and bedroom. It was astounding to me how much dirt he removed from the carpet and it looked just beautiful along with the ottoman. They both dried very quickly.
