Poor Customer Service. I have reason to suspect that something has changed since 2020 with the…read morequantity of the water. After a shower or bath I have noticed my skin is extremely dry and my hair color is more brass in color. This prompted me to request the water quality statistics. I tried four times over a two week period to get a professional call back from the general manager Ivan Thomas to discuss problems trying to get a call back to discuss secondary water contaminants in our water. Ivan was never reachable when I called. I specifically asked Michelle the operator to tell Ivan to leave a message of when he is in the office if I was unable to take his call when ever he did call me back. Never got a professional message back from Ivan. The board members are also not available to be contacted leaving the staff unaccountable to provide us proper services or be removed from their entitled position if they fail to provide professional services to the public. I wanted to go over the 2024 water quality statistics which indicate high pH 8.5, high manganese .016, no listing for calcium, along with other questions of concerns to see what is being done to address the water quality concerns traveling down 1900 year old pipes. The receptionist Michelle transfered me to some department where no name or title was even provided on the phone line, but I left message requesting a call back. No one ever called me back. No one seems to be around on Fridays working because I called back the next day asking Michelle to please have their office manager Amiee call me back, so I could set an appointment with the right person to get my questions answered. Never got a professional call back. They keep raising our water bill prices, yet there is zero accountability to ensure the public is provided basic respectful customer services. Worst yet, the board members are not even around to be reachable. They are out of touch with how the public feels...read other poor reviews. There is no grievance process in place that documents compliants for the board members to review and address management. This leaves the public rightfully upset that their is no oversight of the management. There is zero consequences when customerd are treated disrespectfully. The real insult is having to pay to support the livelihoods of all the employees in management when in turn they don't provide professional level customer services in return to us and they have zero risk of ever being fired because the board has no clue how we are treated.We deserve better services. provided to us.

I let the lady know in all my communications with their office, had stated water/ sewer was included. I had the email to back it up. I still had to get water serbice with no compensation for the inconvenience & misinformation. Upon trying to move in, the apartment was not clean & ai complained 3 times about the crumbs piled up in the oven door, & they kept saying they already sent some to clean it. Over all ai had to clean shelves, floors & bathroom etc. There were several items on the shelf over the dryer, the we left when we moved. The storage space was full of items & very dirty when we moved in, it was left clean at our move out. While residing there it took several phone calls & actually going to the office in person to complain to get things fixed. At move i. Under the bathroom sink cabinet was deteriorating crumbling and had molded. This was never fixed regardless of repeated requests the 1st 6 months. The fire place was full of burnt stuff on move in & left clean and vacuumed out at our move out. I called several times after move out to request an update on the return of the deposit. Tgey never responded to calls & i got a partial deposit return. I have not cashed it. I have requested an itemized list of what was allegedly cleaned. I have move in pictures & move out pictures & videos. I still have been blown off on receiving documentation of what was allegedly cleaned by them. ( per their move out check list, because we were there more than 1, cleaning g the carpets was not required. The carpets were vacuumed and & in good condition on move out. The rent consistently increased while we lived there. The month we moved out, our rent went up to $1300.00 per month. After I submitted a move out notice, Grand Management advertised the unit for rent at $1200.00 per month. Sadly intodays housing crisis to many companies out there are able to take advantage of their tenants. If they continue to ignore my requests for an itemized list of what they cleaned & associated costs, I will be co sulting tennant landlord regulations in Oregon to decide if further action is warranted. I would not rent from this company again, unless had no alternatives dur to this situation. If you want to throw away deposit money and struggle to get things fixed along with constant rent increases, they may be right for you.

For instance, the gutter fell off the house after i was here for like 3 years (been here about 10 now) and is still sitting beside the house. It actually is causing the foundation to shift a lot to a point where my shower door shattered once which I had to pay for because they didn't believe it happened out of nowhere. I didn't have the energy at the time to deal with showing them info about what it really was but that's just one example. They do sometimes do the bare minimum like if the stove breaks they'llf ix or replace it once in a great while. But they don't even do inspections at this point. If you are a landlord, there's a good chance you're paying someone just to collect money 'cause that's ALL they ever call over or try to do something about. So if you want to summon someone to help you, just be late on rent. Also, they are not follownig their own lease or even the state laws related to things like waterproofing. I am not even sure how they have a business because they totally are just taking money and raising rents and who knows but they answer emails sometimes. Don't get caught up and hopefully a class action can be put together to help everyone in these situations 'cause I am pretty sure they target people in bad situations 'cause otherwise people would be likely to not put up with it and whatever but like many others I've talked to I had to settle with where I am to escape homelessness.

His time estimate was based on that idea, but it turned out we couldn't use the ramp, so the movers had to work harder than anticipated. They still made it happen, though -- it was more work than they expected going into the job, but they were very kind about it.

They got it covered, it shouldn't take much time, WRONG again, you had to order another moving service because you could hear the delusion in her voice.
