Rate was reasonable in comparison to similar companies. The bounce house was clean. I was notified prior to the date of the party of the drop-off time, but it wasn't picked up until very late In the day (I did not receive any communication and it got so late that I ended up contacting them to make sure it would be picked up that day). So my only suggestions would be for them to reach out to the customer as a confirmation a few days prior to scheduled date (only because reservation was via 3rd party app so I ended up contacting them to ensure everything was a go) and provide clearer time frames for drop-off/pick-up of the bounce house. Otherwise I would definitely use them again and recommend.
