They came earlier than quoted time to set up and also came later to pick up but we didn't mind. The only hiccup was that they told me on the phone when I ordered we can pay the $20 to hold and the $80 remainder could be paid when the jump house arrived via cash or card. If by card, the delivery guy could call and we pay that way. When he came he told us cash only. Luckily we had it though. The bounce house was a good size for a party! I was notified prior to the date of the party of the drop-off time, but it wasn't picked up until very late In the day (I did not receive any communication and it got so late that I ended up contacting them to make sure it would be picked up that day). So my only suggestions would be for them to reach out to the customer as a confirmation a few days prior to scheduled date (only because reservation was via 3rd party app so I ended up contacting them to ensure everything was a go) and provide clearer time frames for drop-off/pick-up of the bounce house. Otherwise I would definitely use them again and recommend.
