The night before my inspection, I received a text message from James confirming the time he would arrive, the price that was agreed upon, and simple instructions for how to prep for the inspection. The next morning, I received another text about an hour before the scheduled time to pinpoint the exact time he would be arriving - which is insanely helpful and courteous. Upon arrival, right on time, James asked me about my situation and immediately got to work performing a thorough and comprehensive inspection of the three bedrooms in my house, from floor to ceiling. The bed, box springs, bed frames, baseboards, etc. everything was carefully inspected while he explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and even what I could do in the future to put my mind at ease. WOW, what a great company!…read more Due to construction in my building, we had a rambunctious population of mice who boldly chewed through the steel wool used to keep them out. The professionals from District Rodent Authority came in and did a full inspection of our apartment -- behind every appliance, inside closets, places we would not even think to look. They sealed off all entry points and put down bait stations, and advised us how to deal with things like pet food storage (sturdy plastic container, no bags!) and before long, I stopped having to emit blood-curdling screams at seeing a mouse race across our kitchen floor in the middle of the night. after 6 months, we saw a mouse, called DRA back, and they promptly sent Saeed, who like all his colleagues was super prompt, professional, and sealed up a hole a mouse had re-opened behind our dishwasher. NYC mice are aggressive but fortunately, District Rodent Authority is up to the challenge. Nice to know they honor their 1-year guarantee!
