It took 3wks to get the estimate for the front yard. By that time the back had even more bare muddy patches. I have reached out numerous times via phone, text, and social media and have been completely ghosted by Julian. We spent thousands of dollars to try to create a nice play area for our son, and now we are going to have to spend thousands more to basically redo everything because these guys don't have the integrity to actually take care of their clients.
