On the day of my appointment I met Milton and Raphael who promptly arrived at the time of my appointment. They made sure I understood the process as well (i.e, stump grinding and how it is handled by a third party who will come on a later date, how they planned on removing the trees, etc.) they're very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! You can tell Milton has A LOT of experience and reliable references. The great part of Milton being so knowledgeable is the way he explained everything for me (who knows nothing about trees or tree service) he made it so easily for me to understand. On the day of removal they arrived promptly, Raphael knocked on my door to let me know they were going to begin the job. I HAVE NEVER WATCHED SUCH AN AMAZING PROCESS IN ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING. I allowed they to drop the trees on my yard for a faster process, and my goodness was it fast! They roped up the first tree, dropped it and while some of the crew was working on the fallen tree, the rest started roping the next tree. Both of my large trees were down faster than I anticipated. Clean up was beautiful, and thorough to me, they went above and beyond. For them, that's the service that every client should receive and deserves. The saying you get what you pay for rings true for A-Plus, and their name is the service they provide, A-Plus! Stump grinding was scheduled for two days later, and they did a great job as well. What you need to know: * HONEST * PUNCTUAL * KIND AND GENUINE STAFF * KNOWLEDGEABLE * PROFESSIONAL * WORTH EVERY PENNY. I would never hire another tree service company and I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than A-Plus they are truly amazing.

I highly recommend them. Milton and his crew removed about 7 trees, raised the canopy of 1 and trimmed 1, plus stump grinding. They were reasonable, but most importantly they listened to what we needed, offered a professional opinion, provided a detailed estimate, and we received great customer service. They took care to protect our yard as much as they could. I would use then again. Some of the others we contacted were arrogant, too pricey, or couldn't provide a detailed estimate. I heard horror stories of $16,000 removals and saw a swinging crane knock down my neighbor's chimney with a huge suspended log. My tree problem wasn't as big of a deal. I was lucky. That said, I called a few places and they either didn't want to be bothered by a 25 year old Leyland cypress over my sunroom, or wouldn't come out for a quote for a week, then said they'd schedule me for JANUARY (2 months later). I called Cathy in the afternoon and she booked Chris to give a quote in the morning. I hadn't had many quotes, but they were all above my comfort -- obviously there was plenty of work out there for months to come. Chris told me he could cut it safely and haul it for the lowest price. He also had a guy who would eliminate the stump and upturned roots for $100. But how long would I have to wait? "We can do it tomorrow afternoon between jobs." They brought a crew of 6 and saved my fence in the process (the tree was leaning over my fence, within two inches of the top). 4 of them hauled sections while two managed/climbed/cut. Chris came in to check and give instructions at the start and at the end of the project. He also reviewed the completion to make sure it was to my satisfaction. On the way out, at my prompting, he gave me some quotes on standing trees that I may want to take down in February when it's cheapest. Above and beyond: Since this was a neighbor's tree, Chris gave me good recommendations on what needed to happen with the remaining 15 Leylands that look at the end of their lifespan, crafted a letter for me to use as a template, and worked with me to make our 50/50 neighbor split easy. They kept in phone and text communication any time I had a question. He even wore a mask for our review without my request. Bonus: His stump grinder contact was reliable and reached out the next day without any prompting. Now it's like nothing happened! I hope to never have to call them again, but if I need some trees cut down, I'll call Cathy and Chris.

They came up with a plan and quickly executed the plan accordingly. I can't say enough about how nice this couple are, and how they worked us into a schedule as quick as they could. Their pricing was good as well! The did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and even left choice logs for me to use for firewood upon my request. Very professional and courteous crew. The first team literally left all the logs and stumps and stopped working. The second didn't even do stump grinding. This company however, does all three, and efficiently. We dealt with Amir and his guys came bright and early (on time) and they finished taking down 13 trees in exceptional time and they came back next day to haul all the logs away. We took down about 13 trees on three properties, most were dead from the inside and/or dangerous. Stump grinding was done third day and they did all of it very fast as well. They even took out the stumps from my previous hire and THEN we asked them for a small extra fee to move all the tree mulch to my upper level retainer wall with a sinkhole. Not only did they do it all for us, but they also spreaded all the mulch to cover the entire space. They also transported the rest of the mulch to our nearby office for us. They are my go-to tree company now for all my future projects!
