She and her crew were meticulous and careful throughout the job. On the final day of the job they cleaned thoroughly and did "touch up." Sussanna made sure there wasn't an errant drop of paint to be found or an inch of wall space missed. She made sure everything blended perfectly. Her work was perfect. Her price was VERY reasonable for what we got and I couldn't have asked for better quality work. It's like we've moved into a new home. I would hire her again in a heartbeat without even considering other options.

My husband tried to follow up via phone and text, but received no response aside from the sound of crickets. Honestly, if you're going to operate a small, independent business, you still need to have customer service skills and integrity. Buying a home and requiring a full interior and exterior paint job is pretty significant, and now that we have hired another company for close to 10k, Chromatic lost out. I'm not sure what the issue is with the lack of integrity, but it's disappointing because Susanna's work looks incredible from the photos on yelp. We are bummed we did not have the chance to see her work. Save your time and look to other five-star painting companies that respond promptly and provide much more professionalism.

Mr. Reid was knowledgeable and professional and left such a great impression that I didn't bother with the other estimates. He even walked me through some drywall and remodeling concerns with our new home during our initial call. He was thorough in ensuring that the color scheme was correct and HOA compliant-- even inspecting the exterior paint of our neighbors homes during painting to ensure that the built-outs/garage were correct. He prepped carefully to protect the windows, landscaping, etc. and truly did a beautiful job.
