I wanted the bridal bouquet to be inspired by my mother's orchid bouquet many years ago, and they exceeded my expectations, so much so that when I saw the bridal bouquet it brought tears to my eyes. All of the other flowers: bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, altar flowers, table flowers and cake were stunning. Alys Flowers created a beautiful funeral arrangement for my family in 2020 after the loss of a…read moreloved one, and because we were so touched and happy with the arrangement, we chose to have Alys create us a funeral arrangement once more. Out of all the arrangements at the funeral, the arrangement Aly's made was the only one that had long stem roses. Before burying my grandfather, everyone was able to take a long stem rose from the arrangement and place it on the coffin. Everyone had an opportunity to participate, and everyone truly appreciated it. We felt so happy that this particular arrangement was the only one that served an extra purpose and held so much meaning for our family and friends. This is what made us come back this year and use Alys. It was not only a stunning arrangement, but it served as a memory for us all.

So when I placed an order for $140 bouquet it charged me 6 times and I told her this the day prior. She said she didn't see my order on her system and that I didn't have a confirmation number. Well, the next day I came to pick up the flowers because we said we could solve in person. Instead of canceling the additional charges she said to pay for the one in the system and I just simply gave up and said no. Now my aunt is without birthday flowers and I had a disappointing experience with this lady.
