I saw Dotties on the TGTG app and decided why not try them out because I am in the mood for some pretty flowers since right now my backyard roses are in the middle of getting ready to bloom. Dotties is located on the corner of Reseda and Sherman way with parking located in the back of the building turn right before the tire shop. I thought it's full so I actually parked at the park and go area it's only 0.25 cents per 30 min. When I was walking up I realized that you can park on the other side of the fence too. On entering the whole shop smells fresh like flowers and I was greeted with a friendly hello. Staff went to get me my bouquet while I browsed. The carnations really caught my eye they were so pretty. When I was handed the bouquet I was really impressed by the beauty. These flowers are very good quality and fresh. I love them so much. My bouquet includes a couple roses, daisies, carnations, and some greenery. Thank you Dotties! I know where to come when I need to get my flower fix! read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at Dottie's Flowers in Reseda. I have been a loyal customer for approximately 12 years, dating back to before the shop became Dottie's. Over that time, I've always appreciated the friendly service, efficiency, and quality of your flowers. That's why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. When I walked into the store, there was only one customer whose order was being completed. I was acknowledged and told that someone would help me "in just a minute," which seemed perfectly reasonable. However, over the next 20-plus minutes, multiple other customers came into the store. I watched as people purchasing bouquets, placing special orders, picking up arrangements, and arranging deliveries were all helped before me. Despite being there first and waiting patiently, I was repeatedly overlooked. What made this even more frustrating was that my order could not have been simpler. I had already selected the five flowers I wanted within a couple of minutes and simply needed someone to put together a small arrangement. Instead, I stood there waiting while customer after customer was served ahead of me. Eventually, I left without purchasing anything. The flowers were for my daughter, and because of the lack of attention and basic customer service, I now have to find another florist on short notice. More importantly, after more than a decade of being a loyal customer, I don't plan on returning. Everyone can have a busy day, and mistakes happen. But completely overlooking a customer for more than 20 minutes--especially one who arrived before everyone else--is simply unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I've always had positive experiences at your shop, which is why this one was so disappointing. Unfortunately, it has changed my opinion of the business, and unless something changes, you've lost a customer of 12 years. I sincerely hope no one else has the same experience. read more

Five star experience! I wanted to send flowers to thank a sales associate for their great service. I Googled florists near Canoga Park, and Dottie's was the top result. I called Dottie's on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Niall answered and was incredibly efficient. I explained what I needed and that I wanted the flowers delivered by 5:00 PM. Nile/Niall was able to explain all of the details to me: they usually stop same day delivery at 12:00 p.m. However, if I was open to it, they could use a third-party service for the delivery. I agreed to this. Because the website was easy to use and had examples of their arrangements, I was able to quickly choose my selection which they had ready to go. I believe I paid $180, which I was fine with because I wanted flowers delivered ASAP. My payment was processed over the phone and I got an email confirmation. The sales associate received the flowers before 5:00 p.m. and she loved them. I appreciate the efficiency and excellent customer service I received. I highly recommend Dottie's! read more

The people who work here are gorgeous and so friendly, and my bouquet was way better than expected. I don't get flowers anymore because my allergies don't allow it but it was for someone else so I figured I'd give it a try and they were so worth it. What a great experience I had with Dottie's Flowers & Plants. I will start by saying I'm note sure if it's this location I called or the other one but I do remember the lady saying either one is fine, they can take orders for either location. I was out of town for my mother's birthday and wanted to send her some flowers. I found Dottie's online and thought I would give them a try and I'm so happy I did. Even with my last minute request, the day before I wanted them delivered they were able to accommodate me and made the full experience seamlessly. The lady on the phone directed to me the website for best examples of what they offer and what can be arranged, she also give me ideas on price ranges and sizes. I told her what my budget was and she was able to guide me to the right direction and made some awesome suggestions. After a few minutes of arranging my ordering she was taking my information and payment and was sending me a confirmation. Just like that my order was taken and would be delivered the next day. The prices seemed to be very reasonable, they do charge fees for specific time of delivery which I was more than happy to pay since I did want them delivered to a business and at a certain time but to be completely honest with the service that was provided over the phone and how easy the lady made my experience I would pay whatever fee they ask for. The flowers arrived and my mother LOVED them. I think she was more impressed by the beautiful vase, just kidding. She seriously loved the arrangement. I ordered a birthday flower arrangement online for my daughter and requested a photo before it was delivered. When they sent the first picture, the arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised on their website, and several of the flowers were already wilted. I called the shop, and they told me it was just a bad photo. They replaced the wilted flowers and sent me another picture, but the arrangement still did not come close to what I had ordered. The website is misleading. The quality, design, and presentation of the actual arrangement did not match the beautiful photos they advertise. I frantically made a call into Dottie's from the East Coast as I wanted a rush delivery to my sister-in-law's house. Her baby shower was that day and I wanted her to receive something nice from me before the baby shower since I couldn't make the actual event. In just under an hour and a half they were able to curate a beautiful arrangement and deliver it all under $100 which I was very impressed with.
