The artist arrived to the venue timely and all of the flowers were absolutely beautiful. She also arranged the linen on the arch to go with the flowers. The online shopping experience was super easy to navigate, and the selection included both traditional arrangements and some really unique options. I ended up choosing a Birds of Paradise arrangement and had it delivered the next day. The recipient was beyond delighted. She loved it so much she placed the arrangement outside her apartment door so everyone in her community could enjoy it. That tells you everything. What a great experience I had with Dottie's Flowers & Plants. I will start by saying I'm note sure if it's this location I called or the other one but I do remember the lady saying either one is fine, they can take orders for either location. I was out of town for my mother's birthday and wanted to send her some flowers. I found Dottie's online and thought I would give them a try and I'm so happy I did. Even with my last minute request, the day before I wanted them delivered they were able to accommodate me and made the full experience seamlessly. The lady on the phone directed to me the website for best examples of what they offer and what can be arranged, she also give me ideas on price ranges and sizes. I told her what my budget was and she was able to guide me to the right direction and made some awesome suggestions. After a few minutes of arranging my ordering she was taking my information and payment and was sending me a confirmation. Just like that my order was taken and would be delivered the next day. The prices seemed to be very reasonable, they do charge fees for specific time of delivery which I was more than happy to pay since I did want them delivered to a business and at a certain time but to be completely honest with the service that was provided over the phone and how easy the lady made my experience I would pay whatever fee they ask for. The flowers arrived and my mother LOVED them. I think she was more impressed by the beautiful vase, just kidding. She seriously loved the arrangement. With just a day and half lead time, Dottie's produced a beautiful spray for a funeral service to commemorate the life of a former teacher who also became a lifelong friend to my peer group of elementary & high school friends. Being that she was originally from Dublin, Ireland - and the service was shortly before St. Patrick's Day, I asked for a touch of green flowers and ribbon. I frantically made a call into Dottie's from the East Coast as I wanted a rush delivery to my sister-in-law's house. Her baby shower was that day and I wanted her to receive something nice from me before the baby shower since I couldn't make the actual event.
