Finally, I decided to give KHR another try and they came and redid all the botched projects and remaining projects the right way. While their per project quote may have seemed high, actually hour per hour they were more cost effective than what I was paying per hour with other "budget friendly" contractors (whose names I am not going to name). I tore out the existing floor to save myself a little money. Joe layed the heated floor for me with a ceramic tile floor over that. Once he started the job, he stuck with it because as I pointed out to him, that was my only bathroom, and the facilities are a necessity. He also installed an outside plug for me. The one thing I would have preferred is that I would have liked to have been home while all the work was being done, I did not like having to communicate over the phone. But work schedules did not permit. He was, however, very good about letting me know when he was coming and going so I could plan accordingly. And by the way, my bathroom floor looks very nice.

Cabinet hinges not put back on properly. A lot of paint spots on the floor that we have had to clean up. Although Joe did offer to come back and fix the work that I wasn't satisfied with I can't trust someone who was that comfortable leaving a job that was done in such a rushed manner.
