I spoke with the service manager or manager of the store who said that they're probably going to deny the claim to fix it since it's been so long. 11,000 miles in 3 years two lug nuts broken off same store, different crew, but the same store. Maybe it's time that you all check the torque on your torque wrenches. If they deny that claim being the second one I will be finding another tire store. Especially if the SM or gsm doesn't contact me in favor of a replacement at the store's expense. They broke them, fix it. Period. Stop blaming the customer or someone else.
