Well I told them that when I went in for my FREE oil change and instead of taking advantage of me they looked over the car, said they couldn't find anything bad with it in a quick overlook but they noticed something loose under the hood and tightened it down so if there's still a problem I could bring it in later for an in depth look. Well the sound went away! They could have easily told me whatever they wanted and charge me a ton but they just took a weight off my shoulders. Will always come back and recommend them. Ok nice you have the parts in stock? "Yes sir if not I can have them here in 10 minutes" sweet thank you. Couple minutes later "Sir? Your estimate is ready. Looks like your caliper is seized up and will need replaced as well" ok let's do it thank you. 2 rotors, pads on both sides, and the caliper on the drivers side all done in just a couple hours. Next day after 3pm I arrived at the shop, truck was not ready, no update of the vehicle and price increase to $1,140.68 accourding to them that some of the hoes had rust. Not asking if I wanted them replaced or like a said at least a call, they had 2 freaking days to notify me. I was called at 6pm that day saying my truck was ready, again cause of work i had to wait for the next day. Then after picking up my truck i paid $1,140.68 for the repairs plus labor, and on top of that i paid with 2 different credit cards to make it easier for myself during the christmas holidays, they charged me $32+ on both card calling it a service charge for paying by card, what a freakin RIP OFF....one time shop with these AHOLES.
