When I arrived to pick them up, the seamstress, who is the owner's wife, told me she never did the repair because she did not have the material. No one contacted me. When I asked why I was not called so I could take them elsewhere, she said they do not call customers. That response is unacceptable. This was time sensitive. A single phone call would have allowed me to solve the problem. Instead, my clothing was held with no work done and no notice. When I stated that as a paying customer I expected communication and follow through, she became defensive and accused me of being rude. A refund was offered, but there was no accountability or professionalism. If you expect your clothes to be finished, or expect basic communication, do not go here. This experience showed a complete lack of care and responsibility. I HAD to choose one star to even post!

I was greeted quickly by a nice Korean lady who was efficient in getting my phone number registered and my items cataloged. They do their dry cleaning onsite, so they are able to have quick turnaround - I dropped my items off on a Saturday morning and they were done by Monday afternoon. My only gripe is that they are a little pricey - $20 for a skirt suit and 2 shirts, and their prices are not posted anywhere obvious. I will have to shop around for a little bit, but have no complaints about the quality of service provided here.
