We got referrals for two other soft wash services that our neighbors used in the Newark area and we are SO glad we ended up going with Crabbys! They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes we got, but you get what you pay for, and the quality of the customer service and cleaning services was unmatched and totally worth it. I agree with the other reviewers note that this company and the owner Josh is very detail oriented. They covered our outdoor security cameras and were great with follow up and communication from initial referral call, to end of the job and all in between. This was especially appreciated when they had to reschedule our service due to lightning and thunder outside. I didn't even have to contact them for a reschedule and they were very proactive in all my communications with them. Also, you do not have to be home when they do your service. :) We had our house and attached garage and windows cleaned. Very friendly, good people as well!

I had all my floors redone before I moved into my house in 2004 and KIng Karpet did a great job…read morethen. Just needed a single room this time (son had ruined his bedroom carpet beyond repair over the years) and they did a great job with it too, now have a guest room I'm not embarrassed by :-) They had a nice selection of remnants that made it economical since I only had 1 room to do, and the service was fast and they left everything clean and top-notch. When I finally get around to re-doing the rest of the house, they will be my first choice.

I do not recommend getting flooring from here! They were to tear up the ceramic tile in the kitchen…read moreand replace the floor. I went outside and when I came back in, there was silica dust all over everything on the first floor of the house. I asked if they put drop cloths on anything or sealed vents and they said no. They tracked the dust throughout the house as they were walking back and forth. I expected them to put plastic down so the dust wasn't tracked throughout. After I called he company office, they agreed to have the workers clean up the mess. They halfway wiped off the counters with a damp cloth and left the floor tore up as they were to return the next day to finish. I had to buy and lay plastic down so we could walk through the kitchen. Despite all of this, the kicker was that they just let themselves into my house! If they knocked, my dog and I didn't hear them and I came around the corner to a strange man standing in my hallway. They only reason I knew who it was, was because I looked out the window and saw their truck. Very disappointed!!! Ok since James really wants me to take down this review, let me say that I absolutely have reviewed the correct company. I moved from Youngstown to Oakland Blvd in good, old Cambridge OH. But I will add that it's a great company if you're a landlord and want a half assed, cheap floor job done... which is probably why they let themselves in, because they frequently do work for my landlord.
