However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.

The new technician told me that no reputable repair professional would ever order washing machine parts from Amazon, as doing so can cause permanent damage. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened--my washer's circuit board was fried, and I ultimately had to purchase a new machine. While he was at my home, he also left his toolbox behind. I texted him about it, and he said he was busy for the next two weeks but would let me know when he could pick it up. After a week and three days with no follow-up, I reached out again for a firm date and time. The screenshots attached show the conversation that followed. He left my home messy and did not clean up after himself. His demeanor throughout the process was extremely unprofessional. I followed up only because he said he would get back to me, and when I held him accountable, he responded poorly. If you need any kind of home service, I strongly recommend choosing another provider. A professional, well-run business would never speak to a client the way he did or handle a job with such carelessness.

As a business owner, it is the owner's responsibility to communicate with clients regarding scheduling, timelines, and any delays. When my fiancé followed up, the technician responded in a highly unprofessional manner, including the use of profanity. Using inappropriate language toward clients reflects a lack of professionalism and respect. He accused my fiancé of "spreading toxicity," yet the only toxic behavior we encountered was in the tone and content of his own messages. This level of disrespect, especially coming from a business owner, is extremely concerning. Regarding the services requested, we initially inquired about installing a Tesla charger. Immediately afterward, we asked whether he also repairs washing machines, and he stated that he does. He was fully aware that the consultation was for both the charger installation and the washing machine repair; this was communicated clearly, and he acknowledged it. He also mentioned that his company policy prohibits ordering appliance parts from Amazon, yet he asked us to order the parts on his behalf. This alone indicates that he knew the practice was inappropriate. We ultimately had another appliance specialist come to evaluate the washing machine. That technician was visibly frustrated by the poor quality of the previous repair attempt. He explained that a reputable repair professional would never use Amazon-sourced parts for appliance repairs and was surprised by the overall lack of proper workmanship. We did pay him for what he asked for installing the charger, which he did do well. We did not pay him for any washing machine repairs as he did not repair it. We bought the part ourselves because he told us it was against his policy. Overall, our experience reflects unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and questionable repair practices. I strongly advise others to consider a more reliable and respectful service provider. We tell them we don't know, so they say they will need to install one before they can clear the drain $4,200!! And there's also a chance we need a need sewer line $10,000!!!! Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! My husband is in home remodeling and after his discussion with the owner (I think his name is Joe) he found out the fix could be done for $40 so my husband fixed it himself. I filed another claim thru my home warranty last night and received a call from one of his employees shortly after I filed the claim. It was for 2 leaking showers, the master and downstairs basement. They were aware of both issues before they came to my house today. They discovered the downstairs basement shower was leaking because of a small hole where a bar is supposed to be so very easy fix. Then they looked at the upstairs master shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. Joe tried to tell me that it was possible a pipe might burst and that could be the cause of the leak. I told him we think it's a valve because this was even happening during summer months. He did absolutely nothing to fix either of these. I just talked to home warranty and he submitted one claim for the basement bathroom and said this was manufacturer defect so no fix. He wants a separate work order placed to fix the master shower so pay another $100 service fee. He was fully aware of both shower issues so both of these should have been for this work order. He refuses to do work that he got paid for. I do not recommend this guy for any plumbing needs because he will just try to scam you out of thousands of dollars. Buyer beware!!!!!
