The substitutions we wanted were there and the wine we set to the side for us as the bride and groom was served to us without any hassle. Everyone was friendly and did a fantastic job. I'm still hearing about how professional and ready everything was from having cocktails ready and mocktails for guests before they even needed to go to the bar. We could not have done it without Matt. He was kind, generous, and so thoughtful and full of care in every response, from a simple email to a big email to an in-person meeting. Even some of our silliest ideas didn't feel so ridiculous--like using cocktail swords for every app or including a "virgin martini" on the signature drinks menu (it was an olive in a cup)--it was so amazing to see everything come to life!!!! And Matt and my fiancé came up with an idea to incorporate special grilled cheeses into our apps menu, directly referencing our first date!!!!! and the Zeffert & Gold baker purchased a heart shaped cake pan just for us!! Z&G really helped us bring our dream wedding to life, they understood our vision and helped build it out and execute it. And Matt was very familiar with our venue--much more familiar than we were--and had very helpful floorplans for us to reference when doing seating charts! It was such a good idea to have the ceremony on the first floor and cocktail + reception both on the third floor. We would have never known unless Matt hadn't weighed in and shared his expertise and experience!!! AND THE PROFESSIONALISM--Matt was on time for every walk-through, every call, every meeting--way ahead of us every time, for sure. We also have to give a shoutout to our special server, Coren, who was so delightful!!! We really enjoyed our time with her! Sorry Coren, I totally would have chugged that glass of prosecco if my mom hadn't said no! The food was so good, and we have been enjoying the leftovers immensely. Especially the bread pudding. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after. Plus, who can beat a set-up, delivery, and pick-up without me having to lift a finger. I will absolutely use this company in the future for any party rentals I may require.

She received a call on 1/13/122 from someone apologizing that my friend has to cancel her event due to being on bed rest and explained that she would have, I believe 6 months to rent the chair at no cost, so basically a credit. Except.. my fe friend did not cancel her even because she's not on bedrest, which she explained. The apologized for the mixed up and confirmed the event and delivery for the event in Colombia Maryland. The delivery of my friend's rented chair was supposed to be between 2&3 because the event started at 5pm. 3 o'clock passed, no chair; 4pm, not chair. We finally call after 4 to get an estimated time of arrival, no answer. We checked and saw that the times listed on google have a closure of 2pm. We continued to call anyway and a woman picked up. We explained the situation and gave them my friend's last name. They told us there was no rental under that name. Praise God that I asked my friend to send me every receipt and communication with vendors, because I was Able to find the confirmation number for the rental. We give it to the woman and she tells us that the notes say that the rental is canceled because the person is on bedrest. I explained that they called yesterday and it was already explained that she is not on bedrest, very much well, very much working and very much expected to show up soon for her shower, so the issue needs to be fixed. Her response was that there was nothing that could be done because the warehouse was closed and the workers were at another event. I exchanged some words that included asking if my friend, who is 33 weeks pregnant is now expected to stand in the front of her event because of their mix up and demand that they find someone to open the warehouse so that we can come and get the chair. After bantering back and forth, which I should not have even had to do, the woman tells us someone will be there soon. Another friend reaches to the warehouse and is met by a girl standing at the door unbraiding her hair and being dismissive. We finally get the chair.. so we will be reaching out to talk about delivery fee. Since we took the chair and they now know the event is on. You think they would come and get the chair? NOPE. We had to call again ... we waited about an hour and a half for someone to show up. Person shows up complaining about how the company has him picking up the chair and he's not even supposed to be working. Tells us to express any issues we have with the front desk. #1 we didn't even express any issues TO HIM #2 it sounds like HE needed to express his issues with the front desk. I would never EVER use this place. If it was the last place standing in Maryland, I would rent from another state.
