I literally just wanted balloons, streamers, and a happy birthday sign. I walked in and went straight to the balloon counter. I picked up which color balloons I wanted. I thought they would blow up the balloons while I shop for the rest of my items, but no. I have to buy the balloons FIRST and then they fill it up. So I thought, why not just gather all my items and go to the counter (and that's exactly how they get you to buy even more items). Came for 3 items, and let with 6+. A lot of the birthday signs had a number with it, ie 30th, 50th, 75th, etc. Where are the basic signs? I could only find 2. I wanted a simple black or white 'happy birthday' sign, but opted for gold. Now onto purchasing my items - the lady at the counter was very pleasant, which is the reason for the 2 stars. She let me compare the prices between regular and high-flow air for the balloons. I was going to do regular since the party was within 2 hours, but I opted for high-flow to make the balloons stay for 24+ hours to make her birthday special. Paying extra for 6 balloons adds up, might I add. Quickly headed to the balloon counter and decided to change the bright green to a darker green. I asked the lady at the counter, what both greens will look like once blown up. Her response? "I don't know. I don't even know my colors." Umm, what? Why are you working here? Fine, I'll just get the darker green. Started blowing them up and asked what color ribbon I want. Apparently they ran out of all basic simple colors (white, gold, and black). I had to get green streamers. Hello tacky, but oh well. Patiently waiting for this lady to finish blowing up the balloons. It took her probably 30 minutes to blow up 6 balloons and there was NO ONE in front of me. Why's it taking so long? I was obviously in a rush. Finally done and headed to my destination (20 minutes away). One of the balloons was deflated the second I got there. (pictured) Wait, didn't I just pay EXTRA so it won't deflate? Now my whole set-up is going to be messed up. All in all, if you want good service and good products go to Target which is around the corner, or another party city.

Getting into this shopping area can be complex but I was able to find a spot this Saturday evening. The store is small but has a vast variety of balloons, party decor, utensils, holiday decorations & more. A young lady name Ena assisted me and she was super sweet & pleasant.
